Are there natural remedies for spondylitis?
I have been suffering from spondylitis for the past 2 months and have been on treatment for it. Is there a cure in naturopathy for this though? I would like to try more natural and holistic remedies.

One of the most effective natural remedies for spondylitis is to follow an anti-inflammatory diet. This means avoiding processed foods, sugar, and liquid oils (or PUFA's) and focusing on whole, nutrient-rich foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healing saturated fats which are solid at room temperature. Foods like ghee, butter, and coconut oil are good for cooking; or extra virgin olive oil can be used on salads and other cold dishes.
According to a study, 90% of spondylitis patients suffer from H. Pylori infections.
In addition to diet, regular exercise and movement are essential for managing spondylitis symptoms. Gentle exercises such as walking, Pilates, and swimming can help improve flexibility, strength, and range of motion in the spine.
